Processing Materials
The medium frequency induction melting furnace is suitable for heating metal materials with high resistivity (commonly used metal materials have resistivity at 20 degrees: silver (1.6), copper (1.7), gold (2.4), aluminum (2.7), zinc (5.2), tungsten (5.7), iron (9.7), platinum (10.6), tin (11), lead (21), etc.). The commonly used bearing hot disassembly equipment is mainly used for heating materials such as steel, alloys, and non-ferrous metals.
Application scope
The medium frequency induction melting furnace is mainly used for melting steel, iron, copper, aluminum, and alloys. It has the characteristics of high melting efficiency, good energy-saving effect, uniform metal composition, less burning loss, fast temperature rise, and easy temperature control. It is suitable for various metal melting occasions.
Advantages and characteristics

1. The installation and operation of the medium frequency induction melting furnace are very convenient, and you can learn it immediately;
2. Ultra small size, light weight, movable, occupying less than 1 square meter;
3. 24-hour uninterrupted melting capacity of medium frequency induction melting furnace;
4. Medium frequency induction melting furnace saves energy and energy;
5. Convenient replacement of furnace bodies with different weights, materials, and starting methods to meet various melting requirements;
6. Adopting medium frequency induction heating power supply, it saves more than 20% energy compared to traditional medium frequency power supply.
product mix
The intermediate frequency induction melting furnace mainly consists of an intermediate frequency power cabinet, compensation capacitor group, melting furnace body (steel shell furnace, aluminum shell furnace), water-cooled cables, hydraulic station, tilting furnace control box, etc.
The working principle of the intermediate frequency melting furnace is to use a three-phase bridge fully controlled rectification circuit to rectify AC power into DC power. After being smoothed by a reactor, it becomes a constant DC current source. Then, through a single-phase inverter bridge, the DC current is inverted into a single-phase intermediate frequency current of a certain frequency (usually 1000 to 8000Hz). The load consists of an induction coil and a compensation capacitor, connected in a parallel resonant circuit.
